Plans For A Dog Park In Superior Advance; Yappy Hour Meeting To Happen April 26

It's been talked about for a while and now it appears like the plans are gaining some traction;  a meeting to discuss a proposed dog park in the City of Superior will happen on Tuesday, April 26 at Vintage Italian Pizza (VIP):  1201 Tower Avenue.

Billed as "Yappy Hour", the meeting will run from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.  The open house-style meeting will discuss the plans for a park at 28th Street and Wyoming Avenue.  The location would be near the parking lot for the Millenium Trail.

On tap for the evening is information on the research that's been done, the proposed location, the design, costs, regulations, long-term maintenance, fencing, and more.  Organizers want to get a handle on what sort of support the park would get from the general public before moving forward.
