Martin Road Project Commences; $3.2 Million To Fix Six Miles On Twin Ports Connector Road

It's definitely road construction season!  Officials with Saint Louis County announced that they're kicking off a $3.2 million project to re-pave, resurface, and fix the culverts on a six mile stretch of Martin Road.

The part of Martin Road that is included in the scope of the project spans from Midway Road to Rice Lake Road.

Martin Road will remain open to traffic throughout the project, which is expected to be complete in mid-September. However, motorists should expect delays due to temporary lane closures, as well as rough surfaces at times.
