It seems like everyone wants to lose weight, look better, fit in to that pair of jeans, stop smoking, you know, all the things you said last year that you broke by week 2. According to most studies, most people will not follow through on their New Years' resolutions. The key, to me, pick attainable goals.

Instead of losing 100 lbs by summer, say you will lose 5 lbs a month. That is a goal you can make by doing little things to get to the big goal. Quit smoking by cutting down little by little every week. Give up 1 the first week, then more and more, and before you know it you have quit smoking.

What are the things you should give up? Shari has the list.
