Criminals aren't very smart;  It usually doesn't take long for the authorities to solve a crime.  Still, there are some cases that take a little longer that others for justice to be handed down.

One of those cases was the 1981 "cold case" homicide of Carolyn Andrew.  The Duluth Police were diligent in  their efforts to bring the justice and resolution to the families involved.

The public is invited to learn more about the case and to help give recognition at a reception to be held on Tuesday, May 12 at Greysolon Ballroom.  A registration and social hour happens from 5-6 PM and the actual presentation happens at 6.  Investigators from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Duluth Police Department will speak.

Tickets are only $15.00 for students and $25.00 for the general public.
