Sure - there are books!  But those in the know are aware that they can utilize the public library system for so much more - most of it for free!  One such program is the monthly yoga session that happens at the Superior Public Library.  The next event is happening on Saturday, August 17.

Join the fun of Yoga at the Library.  The sessions start at 10:30 AM with Superior YMCA wellness coordinator Jen Rosnau.  The session is tailored to meet almost everyone's skills, abilities, and needs - whether you've been doing yoga for years or this is your first time.

The class is free, however you can make a cash donation which is applied towards funding future library programs.  Yoga is open to all people 12-years of age and older.  If you have your own yoga mat, you're encouraged to bring it.
