The Grand Parade Of Sail on Sunday morning kicks off Duluth's 2019 Festival of Sail, formerly known as the Tall Ships Festival. Scheduled from 9 am to 11 am on Sunday morning, this is the first official event of the three-day festival. Watch the entire live stream of the parade here.
