The City of Duluth will be hosting a series of virtual public listening sessions/workshops to cover different aspects of the Enger Redevelopment Project.

The City of Duluth announced they have selected Consortium MN, based in St. Paul, as its concept design development team for the Enger Redevelopment Project. This decision was made after sending out a request for proposal seeking a qualified development partner for the 10-acre site, located across Skyline Parkway from Enger Golf Course.

Now, the project looks to move forward with a company that has strong ties to the Duluth area as well as what The City calls "extensive experience in producing high quality developments rooted in priorities set by the communities where they are located."

According to Keith Baker, the CEO of Consortium MN:

“Our focus for this development project opportunity is one used for community development – with a view toward Equity – A Livability Framework. We believe that this framework should encompass a sense of place, health and wellness, economic opportunity, diversity of housing types and affordability, recreation, mobility, and sustainability.”
