The NFL released the 2019 schedule and the Minnesota Vikings schedule features a late season Monday Night Football clash against the Green Bay Packers.

The Vikings will host the Packers on Monday, December 23.  The two rivals will first meet in week 2 in Green Bay, just as they did last season.

The Vikings are scheduled to play five prime time games total, with all but one coming in the second half of the season.

They will kick off the season at U.S. Bank Stadium against the Atlanta Falcons and, for the third year in a row, they will finish at home against the Chicago Bears.

The Green Bay Packers will kick off their season with a Thursday Night Football trip to Soldier Field to battle the Bears.  They will also be on the road to finish the season against another division rival, the Detroit Lions.
