A new program that bridges the relationship between the University of Wisconsin-Superior and the community will see a ribbon cutting on Thursday, March 2.  The new program is the Center for Community Engaged Learning and it's headquartered on the first floor of Swenson Hall.  The ribbon cutting will happen at 4:00 PM.

With the Center for Community Engaged Learning, UWS hopes to create strong, mutually-beneficial partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, community groups, municipalities, tribal entities, veterans groups, and other governmental entities and educational institutions.

Scheduled to appear at the ribbon cutting is UWS Chancellor Renee Wachter and Henice Meyer - the Interim Director of the Center for Community Engaged Learning.
