Things You Never Knew About Fast Food Restaurants; Which Chain Uses The Most Kale?

It's been said that you never stop learning - especially if you keep an open mind.  I recently encountered this article from Answers.com that shared surprising facts about fast food restaurants.

Some of the info isn't really all that surprising;  Who doesn't realize that Subway has overtaken McDonalds for the title of the biggest fast food franchise in the world?  I was also aware of the logic behind the shapes of Chicken McNuggets.

But - who knew that Colonel Sanders had a falling out with his own Kentucky Fried Chicken?  ...And, I was also surprised that Pizza Hut uses the most kale.
