A pair of Los Angeles DJs are trying to get Toto to record a Weezer song. And Steve Lukather was intrigued.

Over the years I've really learned to appreciate the true musical genius that is in the song "Africa," by Toto. There has been some really great covers, but this one takes the cake. Check out what the Angel City Chorale did to set the scene of the song. It's truly amazing.

I know there has been a time or two, where I've rolled my eyes when I'm out to eat and there is an acoustic duo playing in the corner.  Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of talented musicians that are hired for this.  A lot of times though, it's just a distraction.  These guys NAILED it!

Yes and Toto will join forces late this summer for a co-headlining North American tour that's scheduled to span 26 dates starting in August.

Toto bassist Mike Porcaro died in March 2015 after a long battle with Lou Gehrig's disease.

Toto will return March 24 with the band's first studio album in nine years, titled 'Toto XIV.'

For a band that looked like it might be finished in 2008, Toto has planned a pretty busy 2014.

Legal streams and downloads have helped take some of the bite out of the music industry's piracy problem, but they haven't done much to stem the financial bleeding for a lot of artists. And as far as Toto's Steve Lukather is concerned, the shift in how music is delivered has coincided with a change in the way it's written and recorded too.

Even though they were a new band in 1978, most of the group had already been all over the radio.

Toto have announced their first full North American tour in almost a decade, a month-and-a-half road trip that will crisscross the continent.

Toto might supply the love, but that won’t necessarily lead to more royalties, if their former record label has its way.
