Harold's Fiasco

What an exciting year for the friends and family of Harold Ankrum and the communities of Carlton County.  I had the honor of presenting Harold with an award from the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital this week. Every summer Harold, his family and his fabulous group of volunteers pour their heart and soul into three events that many in the community enjoy year after year.

I can't believe I actually look forward to Harold's Wild Game Feed at the Carlton VFW now!  I don't usually stray very far from the norm so I haven't been a fan of wild game feeds until now.   It's become a favorite because my husband and I get to share our eggrolls made with Buffalo meat to stay in the wild game theme.

Every year when we are doing the St. Jude Radiothon, we are blessed with the money raised from Harold's Fiasco and other events. Here it is already upon us. The Harold's Flapjack Fiasco to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

It's almost here!  The annual Harold's Golf Fiasco is coming  to the Pine HIll Golf Course this Saturday.  The event is a major fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Come hungry!  The 3rd annual Harold's Flapjack Fiasco happens Sunday, August 11 from 7AM - 12Noon at the Four Seasons Sports Complex/Hockey Shelter in Carlton.
