It's called the Jigsaw project in Duluth Heights and after five years of planning, construction is to begin this spring.

For those like myself that were convinced it was not ever going to happen, the groundbreaking has finally begun for the Taco Bell restaurant in Duluth's East Side.

It has been 30 years since construction began on the Silver Creek Cliffs Tunnel, and as expected it was an enormous and dangerous task.

Another roundabout is set to make its way to the Northland this summer. The roundabout will replace a four-way stop in Duluth that locals have complained about.
