Just in time for Comic-Con, CBS has released the full schedule of their fall premiere dates, including favorites like ‘Survivor,’ ‘How I Met Your Mother‘ and ‘The Big Bang Theory,’ and newcomers like ‘Vegas’ and the second season of ’2 Broke Girls.’

Almost three years after being knocked to the ground while performing at the Tony Awards, Bret Michaels has settled a lawsuit with the show’s organizers and the network. While the terms were not made public, Michael’s attorney indicated the singer was pleased that the affair was over.

On some days, CBS giveth and on other days, CBS taketh away. After ten seasons, ‘CSI: Miami,’ the first spin-off from the massively successful ’CSI’ franchise, has been cancelled. It leaves behind its parent show as well as its sister spin-off, ‘CSI: NY’ (which was quietly renewed). Its sudden departure leaves David Caruso’s career in critical condition.

Though the negotiation efforts were far tamer than last year’s mad dash scramble to replace Charlie Sheen in CBS’ most popular sitcom, now ‘Two and a Half Men‘ fans can rest easy that Walden, Alan and Jake will return for a tenth season of the long-running series.  Whether or not they secured the lucrative pay hikes sought, is another matter.

We now know who's taking over for Katie Couric at CBS. Scott Pelley, named on Tuesday to replace Katie Couric as "CBS Evening News" anchor, promised to bring his "60 Minutes" sensibility to his new job when he starts June 6.

She's used to breaking headlines, but today, Katie Couric is making some of her own. According to a report from the AP, Couric is leaving her historic anchor post at 'CBS Evening News' after joining the program less than five years ago, in 2006.
