Similar to what a lot of nationally-known restaurants are doing to combat the stagnant economy, Taco Bell is relaunching their menu to stir things up.

The company will begin testing an expanded menu in some markets. It is called the Cantina Bell menu and will focus on fresher ingredients. It could go nationwide by the end of the year.

Taco Bell is also introducing a breakfast menu at 800 restaurants later this month as it tries to compete with the growing breakfast market in the fast food industry.
