If it seems early to make the suggestion - take a look around yourself the next time you're at the store:  Halloween is just around the corner!  And just like you need time to plan the perfect costume, it's also a good idea to figure out where you're taking the kids trick-or-treating.

Here's a great, safe, family-friendly idea:  Take the kids to the 8th annual Library Trick Or Treat event on Saturday, October 21 at the Superior Public Library.  The event runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and this years theme is Scooby Doo!

The event is completely free and open to everyone.  Come in costume and let the kids trick-or-treat in the safety of the Superior Public Library;  it's the perfect event for the youngest kids in your family.  In addition, the library will host Halloween-themed story times during the event at 11:00 AM, 12 Noon, and 1:00 PM in the Children's Room Storyboat.
