St. Louis Cty Tax Forfeited Property Auction Happens October 10

A great deal will be waiting - for the successful bidder - during the Tax Forfeited Property Auction being held by St. Louis County on Thursday, October 10. In total, more than 80 properties will be available for bid, representing a cross-section of both parcel types and geography - both residential and commercial.

This particular auction features 10 houses in a variety of communities throughout St. Louis County - including Duluth, Hibbing, Kelly Lake, and Hoyt Lakes.  In addition, a number of cabins and waterfront properties are being offered.  There are also parcels of recreational land and buildable lots.

The auction starts at 10:00 AM and will be conducted at the Miners Memorial Building, 821 South 9th Avenue West in Virginia.  Click here to visit an online catalog of the parcels up for bid.  Registration is required for all bidders - which can be done in advance on the website; interested parties can also choose to fill out an application at the auction.  However, advance registration is encouraged.
