Search For Missing Woodland Hills Teen Continues

Authorities are looking for a 16-year old that left Woodland Hills suddenly the evening of January 3.  Victor M. Collins - a Liberian male - has been unaccounted for since.  Of primary concern is the cold weather we had the past few days and his health and safety.

Collins is 5' 8", approximately 125 pounds.  At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing all black clothing - including a winter stocking cap.
