
San Francisco Landlord Demands A Minimum Yearly Salary Requirement To Live In His Building; $100K Or More Annual Salary To Stay
People that live in apartments are used to paying a monthly rent payment and most-likely had to submit a deposit. There might also be maintenance fees involved. But what about a minimum yearly salary requirement?
A landlord in San Francisco recently slipped a memo under the doors of his tenants informing them that they needed to have a minimum annual income of at least $100,000 to live there, along with a credit score of 725 or better. Of course, they needed to provide proof.
