Hello, it's me. And yes, the rumors are true. Rock legends and fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall and Todd Rundgren are joining forces on a worldwide tour this summer, one that includes a stop in Prior Lake, Minnesota at Mystic Casino on Thursday, August 17.

Tickets will be available on April 28, starting at $49. Contact the Mystic Box Office at 952-496-6563 or visit MysticLake.com for more details for the show, which will be held at the Mystic Showroom. It promises to be an amazing evening.

It has been an exceptionally busy couple of decades for Daryl Hall, who kicked off his multi award-winning "Live from Daryl’s House" in 2007 as a free webcast that has set a new standard for artist-initiated projects in the industry. The groundbreaking series provides a mix of legends and the next generation of superstars. New episodes are set to debut this summer.

Previous interviews (and amazing jam sessions) have included rock legends Sammy Hagar, Joe Walsh, Cheap Trick, Tommy Shaw, Kenny Loggins, Todd Rundgren, Nick Lowe, Smokey Robinson, Cee Lo Green, Booker T & The MGs and big-league singer/songwriters such as Ben Folds, Rob Thomas, Jason Mraz, Gavin DeGraw, Goo Goo Dolls’ John Rzeznik. There is no better online resource for music-lovers who want to go beyond the music and see what makes their favorite artists tick, what drives them.

The last time I saw Todd Rundgren was at a concert at Penn State back in 1978. He was the opening band for a little act called "Genesis" with some guy named Phil Collins. Rundgren was amazing; soulful, funny up on stage - and he had the entire crowd singing along with him. It was a magical moment.

Both artists have long, award-winning careers - both are prolific in their own rights, and joining forces should make for one of the signature concert events of 2023

This is one concert you may want to consider - I suspect it will be more than worth the drive.

Hey, I can go for that!
