Ok, I might believe in $1000 bill but, come on.

In Volusia County, California, teachers at Timbercrest Elementary School actually called police after they noticed a kid was holding what appeared to be a $1 million bill. School administrators said the bill looked very real and were concerned it might be part of a counterfeiting ring.

But it turned out to be nothing quite as sinister. It was just one of several "million dollar bills" that were given to kids at a monster truck rally. Parent Lisa Malinowski said the bills don't even remotely look real and added, "It's got all kinds of words written on the back. It's so obviously fake."

She also said teachers should have known better than to believe the million dollar bill would be used for something other than a novelty item. A school district spokesperson said that fake bill was eventually returned to the student. (Bay 9 News)
