Parking Ramp Maintenance To Close Part Of East First Street On December 27

Downtown drivers will want to avoid a portion of East First Street on Tuesday, December 27.  According to the City of Duluth, crews will be working on the roof of the Essentia Health Parking Ramp between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  In order to accommodate the crane that will be in place, East First Street will be closed between North 4th Avenue East and North 7th Avenue East.

Access to the parking ramp and the Essentia Clinic will happen on First Street from 4th Avenue East.
