The original Gjallarhorn of the Minnesota Vikings will be in Duluth days before the team plays their first regular season home game against the Green Bay Packers at the new U.S. Bank Stadium.

That wonderful horn will be in Duluth on September 13th from 2-5 p.m. at the Duluth Aquarium during the 'Sound The Horn Tour'.

According to the vikings.com article, "The tour will make 23 total stops, where Vikings fans will have the opportunity to view the iconic instrument that’s been a significant part of team history while helping to usher in the next Vikings era. At select locations, fans can also meet Viktor, Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders or Vikings alumni."

Here's to hoping the Minnesota Viking Cheerleaders show up when the Gjallarhorn is in Duluth.
