Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning the public about massage balls that were sold at Target because they pose a burning risk.

The specific product is the Hot/cold massage balls that sold for $5 at Target and apparently, the balls can leak or rupture after being microwaved, which could burn the user.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is saying to call Target at 800-440-0680 or go online at target.com and click on “Recalls” at the bottom of the page, then on “Sports/Fitness/Outdoors” for more information or the “Product Recalls” tab on Target's Facebook page.

The balls were sold December of 2018 - February 2019 and Target stores nationwide. There have been 84 reports of the balls bursting during microwaving and 17 reports of people getting burned.
