Every Wednesday the Young Athletes Foundation and Grandma’s Marathon hold races for kids up to 14 years old to have fun and learn to race. It's a great time for kids and adults, and the kids get a cool ribbon. This Wednesday, August 31 the last race of the season will be held at historic Wade Stadium.

Wade Stadium,101 North 35th Avenue West has been holding different events over the years and just celebrated it's 75th year of existence. It is newly renovated and will be kind of fun for the kids to experience being on the surface to run.  Registration is between 5:00 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. each race night, and the races begin at 6 p.m.  On average, 400 children take part in the races every week!
