The Lake Superior Zoo is looking for your help. The organization is asking the public for volunteers for the 2017 season. There is a process and the Zoo is looking for those who are 18 and older, have a love for animals, feel comfortable talking to the public, and are willing to commit to the Zoo.

The Lake Superior Zoo has a web page up detailing what they have open and what kind of person they are looking for to fill that position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in the field or who are wanting to be more hands on and behind the scenes with the animals and care for them. Prospective volunteers also can contact Volunteer Manager
Melanie Michaels at mmichaels@lszoo.org or 218-730-4500 ext. 210. Those interested in volunteering for the 2017 season are asked to submit applications before March 1.
