I'm constantly drooling over the houses they post, because they are all so incredibly unique. All the character. Often times you'll see exposed beams and brick, stunning crown molding, arched doorways, etched glass, and so much more.

Recently, a Duluth home was featured and I'm absolutely infatuated with this beauty.

Unfortunately, it is no longer available for sale as it's under contract with a lucky buyer. Not surprisingly, it was only on the market for a day before it was scooped up.
