
Lobster Roll Food Truck Is Coming To Annandale This Week!
If you've never been out to the East Coast before, that's OK, as a signature East Coast dish is coming to Central Minnesota this week. Norseman Lobster is stopping out at Spilled Grain in Annandale on Thursday and will be offering up their signature lobster rolls for those looking to try the uniquely New England sandwich.
Annandale Mn, get ready for lobster rolls(1/4 pound of Maine lobster Claws and Knuckles ONLY)cooked in the best Butter from Hope Creamery placed in a New England style roll. Also hand smashed wagyu burgers(From our local farmer Feller’s Ranch and ground fresh by Conger Meat.
The food truck uses various Minnesota-sourced ingredients like the butter used in the lobster roll recipe, and if you've never heard of Hope butter before, you've got to check it out.
The truck will be at Spilled Grain (300 Elm St E) in Annandale on Thursday April 10 from 4:30 to 7:30pm.
This is a rare trip north for Norseman Lobster, as the truck mainly sees parts of Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, but if you miss out on the truck this week, Norseman Lobster, according to its website, shows that it will be back in Central Minnesota at the end of May.
The truck is expected to be at Bad Habit in St. Joe on May 30th.
