An Influencer Appearance Escalates Tensions in Minnesota

Over the weekend, protestors gathered at the Whipple Building not only to protest ICE, but also to show resistance to a pro-ICE influencer, Jake Lang, who was there as well. The situation escalated throughout the day, ultimately resulting in the arrest of Lang and more than 40 protestors.

A Bizarre Tactic Draws Attention in Minnesota

According to videos circulating online, protestors arrived with bins of sex toys and began throwing them and suctioning them onto passing law enforcement vehicles. In some cases, additional adhesive was reportedly used, making the items more difficult to remove.

The scene quickly turned surreal, with footage showing officers and federal agents laughing as they worked to clean up dozens of items stuck to vehicles and littered on the road. While the tactic appeared designed to mock and provoke authorities, it also highlighted the increasingly unconventional methods being used during protests in Minnesota.
