An intoxicated 18-year-old man in St. Cloud caused complete chaos in a Target parking lot this past Sunday afternoon, as he allegedly intentionally was driving toward shoppers trying to hit them with his car. Thankfully someone in the parking lot was able to contact the police and said at the time of the call he had already run into a vehicle.

According to FOX9 when police arrived they saw the suspect in his vehicle driving around the parking lot at a very high rate of speed. Officers attempted to pull over the driver but he took off down the street. He was arrested a few blocks away from the parking lot.

The suspect appeared intoxicated when interviewed by police and was processed for driving under the influence. Upon further investigation, the police found out that a 29-year-old man was actually injured. He apparently was hit by the suspect's car as he was walking through the parking lot. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

On top of that, the suspect hit a total of two cars, but thankfully nobody in those vehicles was injured. The suspect is currently in jail facing multiple charges. It is not clear what the suspect was under the influence of, but at least for myself it really makes me wonder what it could be.

What could he have possibly been on that would cause this type of aggression that he would take a car and drive through a busy parking lot and intentionally try to run people over? Thankfully there were no more victims and he was caught quickly.
