
Redhead MTB Expands With Exciting New Trailhead And Features
The Grand Opening of the Redhead MTB Trailhead and skills course is coming this spring! The growing mountain bike recreation area has expanded over the last few years, and has really become a destination for adventure and biking enthusiasts.
Readhead Mountain Bike Park, Chisholm, Minnesota
Redhead Mountain Bike Park calls itself a mountain biker's paradise. It's located in Chisholm, Minnesota, and offers over 25 miles of trails. It's been a hit since it opened in 2020, and it's been growing ever since. Now, there's a new skills course they are rolling out with a grand opening coming soon.
The New Trailhead will be celebrated at its grand opening on Friday, May 29th, at Noon at the Redhead MTB Park in Chisholm. Bikers are encouraged to be among the first to check out the brand new skills course and pump track.
Skills Course & Pump Track
The skills course features different obstacles and terrain. The pump track is a continuous circuit, with a bermed turn and rolling terrain. It's designed for riders to use their momentum by pumping their body weight up and down.
When is the Redhead MTB Trail Open?
The park is free and open to the public. It's open year-round 7 days a week, with closures only happening on heavy rain days. They offer fat bike rentals and snowshoe rentals in the winter, but you are welcome to bring your own gear. In the summer, they offer bike rentals, kayaks, and canoe rentals.
