This was definitely not on my Bingo card for 2026! A reality star from Eveleth just announced an unexpected career move: he's making the move into politics.

For some context, Luke Gulbranson is best known for his reality television ventures. He was on the Bravo series Summer House and Winter House, along with the Netflix show Selling The OC. He's also an actor, business owner and model.

He was on Summer House for a handful of seasons before announcing a few years ago that he wouldn't be back for another season. Throughout his tenure on the show, he often talked about being from Minnesota and definitely shined a spotlight on us in often humorous ways.

He then returned to reality television late last year in the Netflix show Selling The OC. During the show, he dates one of the main cast members while contemplating a move to California. Now, it looks like that didn't pan out.
