Have You Seen Him? Authorities Searching Brule River State Forest For Missing Tennessee Man
The Douglas County Sheriff's office issued a press release yesterday informing the public that a search has begun for a missing man. 37-year-old Philip Joshua Johnson was reported missing in Nashville, Tennessee on October 18, 2023. His car was found in Wisconsin in the Brule River State Forest.
The vehicle linked to him was reported abandoned on a trail off of Brackett's Corner Rd on November 6.
During the investigation, authorities learned from local hunters that the vehicle could have been in this location since October 23rd. Douglas County Sheriff's Office deputies searched the area on November 7 but found no signs of the missing man. A dog team was brought in on Thursday to cover more area.

A Facebook post from the missing man's wife says he was originally driving a black Silverado and was struggling before his disappearance. Philip Johnson is a father of 4 children. Please help spread the word and pray for a positive outcome.
