Duluth-Area YMCA Offering Free Days And Activities This Week
The Lake Superior YMCA is hosting free, unique events as part of Welcoming Week at the Y. They, along with other YMCA locations across America, have joined Welcoming America for Welcoming Week, September 10-19.

The week is an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other and celebrate what unites us, according to the Y. They will be hosting unique activities throughout the week that are free and open to community members.
Free Try the Y Days
In addition to the free events, they are offering free Try The Y days. For the Lake Superior YMCA, all its locations will be free on Friday, September 11th. That includes the branches in Duluth, Hermantown, and Superior.
Then, on Friday, September 18th, Free Try the Y Day will happen at the Cook County YMCA.

Free Learn To Play Pickleball At Hermantown
As part of the free day, participants can learn how to play pickleball from Noon - 2 this Friday.
There will also be the Woodland BBQ at the Y at the Woodland Community Center on Friday from 5-7 pm.
Cook County YMCA also has free events throughout Welcoming Week.
