I’m very excited to have Al Sands along with Co-Manager John D D’Auria in studio to talk about the upcoming “Battle at the Bear” as he goes up against Dangerous Damon Reed.

Al trains amateur boxers and is trying to open up a gym. He holds the US-NABA Cruiser Weight Title. He was born in Haiti and was adopted at a very young age, he grew up in Duluth and Floodwood. After around 30 amateur fights, Al turned pro. He’s ranked number 12 in the US and number 78 in the world.

I'm pumped to meet and talk with Al Sands, and to ask some of the burning questions that I've had for years. I can’t lie, I do love watching good boxing. They call it the "sweet science". We know he can handle himself in a ring, but let’s see how he handles himself introducing the next song on the radio.

And for the co-event, Al and I will go toe to toe in best of three rounds in the ring. I better start stretching now.
