How often do you get a chance to offer your opinion and make a difference in our community at the same time? The Duluth Police Department is looking for your input as they kick off a strategic planning process.

The last time that local officials gave thought to the inner-workings of the police department was in 2008. This time around they're using the SWOT Analysis process (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). Organizers are looking to have a new strategic plan in place by February 2017.
