Everyone knows how to prevent heart disease - right?  Plenty of fiber, lots of exercise, and skip foods that are high in fats like cheese.  Well, think again.

New research from a group of Danish scientists has discovered that a lot of cheese might actually be good for your heart health.  They started their research to answer the question of why French people seem to have a lower level of heart issues.  Their findings detailed the correlation between the amount of cheese they ate to their health.

While some in the medical field are finding fault with the research study findings, it still gives you reason to pause and consider the rational of eating more of what you like - in moderation.
