The Minnesota Department of Transportation has postponed due to  the weather and rescheduled some road work that was originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of this week.  A quick project to install an overhead sign structure near the Cloquet Roundabout has been rescheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, February 12 and 13.

The sign will be installed on southbound Highway 33 at the roundabout near Interstate 35.  In order to facilitate the work crews, the southbound right lane (north of the roundabout) will close Tuesday afternoon. This will allow delivery and assembly of the sign structure.

At approximately 1:30 AM Wednesday, both southbound lanes will close for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. This will allow for the installation of the sign structure that extends over the traffic lanes.

After installation of the structure, motorists will encounter southbound single lane closures while signs are installed on the structure.
