Most people fail because of little reasons but usually set themselves up to fail. According to 9 to 5 Strenth, here's a way to avoid falling.

Don't set the bar too hight-Some people say they are going to lose a huge amount of weight and change their eating habits and make a goal that is so big, they get overwhelmed and quit. Avoid it by setting smaller more achievable goals.

Don't be vague-I am going to lose weight, I want to change my diet, I'm going to walk more. Great ideas but you need goals. I am going to lose 10 lbs, I want to eat more veggies, I am going to walk 10 miles a week. Those are goals.

Push through the hard or awkward stage.-yep, the gym work out kicked your butt. Now go back and kick its butt, don't quit.

Don't Make it a chore by reminding yourself. Don't keep making it a mountain of a goal. Make it achievable and don't keep talking about it, just do it.

Don't expect perfection, you aren't going to lose all 30 lbs on the first week, but you can in the whole year.

Don't talk yourself out of it. Don't say you can't just say you will. It took you how long to have this bad habit, it ain't gonna happen quickly.
