This year being my first with Grandma's Marathon I decide to partake in as many activities that I can and an all you can eat spaghetti dinner? Count me in as we get to meet runners from all around the world.

Carb loading for the runners is very important but the runners are not the only ones that have a long run ahead of them, the volunteers and the organizers and the broadcasters, we have a big weekend also, it all starts the week of the race and when Friday comes around we already have many hours in.

So how do we keep up our energy for the parties and live music on Friday night when we have to be at the radio station at 4am Saturday? Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner!  Carbs baby!
