A voluntary recall has been issued by General Mills for five-pound bags of Gold Medal Unbleached Flour due to salmonella concerns.  Specifically, the bags being recalled have a "better if used by" date of April 20, 2020.

It's important to note that as of this point there have not been any confirmed medical issues related to the product; the voluntary recall has been issued out of caution and concern.
