Godfather’s Pizza In Superior Closes

Godfather's Pizza - a long-time fixture on the corner of 28th and Tower in Superior has closed.  Sources say that the closure came without warning and as a surprise to the 20 employees.  The morning shift showed up for work and were told that the restaurant had closed and that they were without jobs effective immediately.

That makes two closed restaurants at that corner, as Kentucky Fried Chicken closed it's doors a few years ago.

Meanwhile, work continues on the new CVS Pharmacy across the street, which is expected to open it's doors before the end of summer.
