Testing will take place between noon and 6pm on Tuesday October 6, Wednesday October 7, and Thursday October 8.  The Minnesota Department of Health will allow anyone to be tested for the coronavirus, free of cost. You do not need insurance or identification to get tested.

There also will be another COVID-19 testing event in the Northland. On Tuesday October 6, tests will be administered at the Ely St. Louis County Garage. These tests will take place between noon and 6pm as well.

Regardless of the location you are taking the test, they urge you to pre register online for an available time. The goal is to not have too many people show up at the same time so people can safely physically distance themselves from others.

You can find more information on how to pre register on the Minnesota Department of Health's testing page.

The tests once again are free to the public. You do not need to have COVID-19 symptoms to take the test. If you were exposed to someone with COVID-19, you should get tested. No identification or insurance is required.
