Credit card fraud is a felony!  The Duluth Police Department has taken to social media and Facebook to ask the general public for help in identifying a person of interest in a credit card fraud case that recently occurred in the Twin Ports.

The female suspect was pictured in a store surveillence photo that was released by the Duluth Police Department.  Someone knows this person or has information to share about the case.  If you do, you're asked to contact the Duluth Police department - either by calling the non-emergency number:  218-730-5400, or by calling 911 and alerting the operator that this is not an emergency call.

One thing that needs to be shared is that a surveillance photo is not an immediate accusation of guilt.  Often the police department seeks to question individuals who may have been in the vicinity at the time of a crime in order to learn more details.  While they are not suggesting that the person pictured is guilty, they do have reason to believe that they may be able to help their case.
