The CVS Pharmacy on East Superior Street in Duluth was robbed on Valentine's Day and now the Duluth Police Department is seeking the public's help locating the suspect, whose image was captured by a surveillance camera.

The robbery, which involved a suspect armed with a knife who demanded money, took place at 6:35 p.m. Monday, February 14.

The Duluth Police Department reported the details of the crime shortly thereafter on their official Facebook page:

At approximately 6:35 p.m., Monday, February 14, Duluth Police Officers responded to CVS on E Superior Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke to CVS pharmacy employees who reported that an individual was armed with a knife and demanded money. The individual took an unspecified amount of cash and left the store. No one was injured in this incident.

At that time, they added that they were continuing to to gather more information, including surveillance video and pictures. On Tuesday, they followed through by providing what had been captured.

Tuesday morning, Duluth Police released these images, as well as a description of the suspect, which they had been able to obtain during the investigation.

"The individual is described to be a white male with a camo face mask and possibly blue eyes. During the time of the robbery, he was wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket, gray sweatpants, and gray shoes."

Anyone who has information related to this should call 911 right away and reference ICR # 22020950. People can also submit anonymous tips by texting keyword DPDTIP, along with their tips, to 847411.
