Not to date myself, but back when I was a crossing guard, we had a uniform we had to wear and it was hard to put on, we had to roll up the flags, we had a particular way to stand. We had a code we had to behave by or we weren't a crossing guard anymore. I was proud to be one, because I didn't thing was was patrol material.

That's something I will always say thank you to Mr Olson my teacher. He was the one to make that decision and I don't think I was the kid showed those traits. He saw something, and I'm glad he did. There were a lot of differences from then to now, and this is my opportunity to talk about them extra that I didn't get to away from the show.
