Comedy Night Friday The 13th To Raise Money For Valley Youth Center

This Friday the 13th at Mr. D's, Dan Hinnenkamp will be putting on a comedy show that includes a spaghetti dinner for only $10, all proceeds benefit the Valley Youth Center.

The spaghetti dinner begins at 6 pm then at 8 the comedy starts with special guests Alvin Irby, James Stanley and Carolyn Blomberg. Dan Hinnenkamp will get up last and cap the night off.

The Valley Youth Center is near and dear to Dan's heart because he went through the program himself and said he saw first hand what it did for kids who needed help. He told me it gave them and him something to do, and even though there were plenty of kids who couldn't afford to do things and would have been on the streets getting in trouble it showed them people care and that they could be happy and experience the good things in life.

Valley Youth Center took over the place in Gary where Dan Hinnenkamp is from and gave him purpose. He credits them with some of his comedy success.

If you can't stay for the comedy, bring the family by for a meal, or if you can't make it for the dinner, come for the show.
