The Minnesota FoodShare March Campaign runs until the end of the month, when all Minnesotans are encouraged to give to their local Salvation Army and other food shelves. I am making people aware of the different food shelves.

The Salvation Army is one of the largest food distributors in the State of Minnesota.
The Salvation Army says on their website, there are three ways to help.

Donate Money-Which they convert to food purchased for a much lower price by partnerships with food distributors it gives them triple the buying power. For every one bag of groceries you can buy at a store, they can buy at least three bags of groceries with the same amount of money.
Donate Food-By donating non perishable food items they can stock their shelves for community distribution.
Donate Time-The Salvation Army is always looking for people to help get the products and services to the people of the community.
