A benefit for a Superior woman who was recently diagnosed with Advanced Adenocarcinoma of the Upper GI Tract is being held this Saturday, May 19.  Since the diagnosis, Jennifer LeMieux has been unable to work due to the symptoms associated with her diagnosis and the aggressive chemotherapy.  As Jen is the sole provider and caregiver for her 12-year old son Braylon, organizers are hoping to keep family life as normal as possible for them as they navigate through this journey.

To raise money, her friends and family have put together a benefit to be held on Saturday, May 19 - 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Superior.  A free-will spaghetti dinner will be served, along with many opportunities to charitably bid on items in the silent auction, which will run from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

To see more details - including sneak peaks of the auction items, check out the event page on Facebook.  For questions, contact Amber:  715-220-2364.  St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church is located ta 2316 East 4th Street in Superior.
