‘Green Acres’ Would Also Like to Be a Movie Now
Just like 'Gilligan's Island,' fellow Nick at Nite rerun classic 'Green Acres' is also getting the big screen adaptation treatment ... as well as a Broadway production, courtesy of director Richard L. Bare, a frequent director on the original series and a man who obviously didn't take Elsa's advice in 'Frozen.'
‘Justice League’ Movie Will Be Directed by Zack Snyder
It seems that the folks over at Warner Bros. are quite pleased with Zack Snyder's work because the studio has just officially signed the 'Man of Steel' and 'Batman vs. Superman' director to direct the upcoming 'Justice League' film, as well. That's going to keep him -- and presumably Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck -- pretty busy for a while.

‘Goonies’ Sequel Is Happening Because Goonies Never Say Die
If Hollywood can count on anything, it's nostalgia, which is why it shouldn't be a surprise that there's a 'Goonies' sequel on the way -- yes, even 28 years later. Director Richard Donner is planning to reunite the original cast for a sequel to the cult classic film because Goonies never say die and all that.
‘Frozen’ Is Now the Highest Grossing Animated Film of All Time, Obviously
In what had become an inevitability at this point with the insanely rising box office numbers, Disney's smash hit animated film 'Frozen' has now become the highest grossing animated film of all time, usurping former crown holder 'Toy Story 3,' which held the title since 2010. And judging by these numbers and the love for the film, it doesn't look like 'Frozen' is going to "Let It Go" so

Dave Madden, beloved star of the classic television series 'The Partridge Family,' has passed away at the age of 83. Madden played the role of the family's oft put-upon band manager Reuben Kincaid, who often was annoyed by the shenanigans of young Danny, played by former child star Danny Bonaduce. Madden was also the star of the '70s show 'Laugh-In.'
